THE MONAD PROGRAMME
Monad sealA Pheon Agency Programme
For people planning a domiciliary care service

You want to open a care service. First, the application has to make sense.

Monad is Pheon Agency Ltd’s CQC registration support programme for new domiciliary-care providers. You provide the facts and source documents; Pheon and Monad turn them into a joined-up service model and application pack, check the completed work, and release it only after final professional approval.

Care provider consultation with Pheon advisor

A weak application can cost months.

CQC is not only asking for names and documents. It is checking whether the proposed provider, people, service model and evidence fit together. If an application is incomplete or unclear, CQC can reject or return it. When you resubmit, the clock can start again and the opening plan moves further away.

The point is simple: do not spend heavily on the full application until the idea, people and evidence have been tested.

Credibility

Built around human judgement, not anonymous automation.

Monad was created and designed by Gary Stapleton FRSA, with the programme delivered through the Pheon Agency team. Gary brings more than 35 years across adult social care, care delivery, commissioning, governance, service development, operational leadership and quality improvement.

The senior care consultants behind Monad understand the reality behind the forms: management structure, service design, governance, mobilisation, evidence and whether an application describes something that could actually operate.

Where Monad comes in

We turn a loose idea into a structured case.

A strong application is joined up. The provider details, directors, Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, service model, policies, Statement of Purpose, business plan and evidence all need to tell the same story.

Monad application pack documents

Know what you are applying for

We help translate the service idea into the right application structure, so the proposed provider, service and management roles do not contradict each other.

Find the weak points early

Missing documents, vague answers, unsupported claims and unclear responsibilities are easier to fix before submission than after CQC has pushed the application back.

Check the business reality

The £399 review includes Pheon Market Check, because being registerable is not the same as being commercially sensible in the area you want to serve.

Keep humans in control

AI helps read, draft and compare the case. Pheon’s people decide what is credible, what is missing and whether the work is suitable to progress.

Pheon decision gate

What happens if Pheon says the case is not ready?

The Start and Viable Phases are paid professional services, not automatic entry into the Build Phase. If Pheon does not accept the case after the £399 Viable Phase, the fee is non-refundable because the review has been delivered.

You will be told why the case is not ready and what needs to be fixed first. You then have three months to return and submit the case again for reconsideration before moving to the full programme.

Indicative timescales

Start Phase — £99: usually within 1-2 working days after the required information is provided.

Viable Phase — £399: usually within 3-5 working days after the required information is available.

Build Phase — £1,995 total programme value: normally measured in weeks, depending on evidence, RM/NI position and policy readiness. The £399 Viable payment is credited, leaving £1,596 to pay.

A Pheon Agency Ltd service

You do not need to know the whole process before you start.

You provide the facts and source documents. Pheon and Monad build the registration-ready service model and application documents using the proven application model developed from the corrected Koti Home Care application pack.

You complete and sign what only you can complete. Pheon then performs the final professional review. The exact approved pack is released to you so that you can submit it to CQC.

Client testimonial

“After four rejected applications, we were close to giving up.”

“Pheon was recommended to us and helped us understand where the application was going wrong, what needed to change and how to put together a much stronger submission. The support gave us clarity, confidence and a practical route forward when we felt we had run out of options. Our revised application was accepted and we were able to move forward with our registration.”

Find out whether the idea is ready.

Start with the £99 Start Phase. Add a 20-minute clarification call at the outset for £148 in total, or purchase a post-Start consultation later for £69. The £399 Viable Phase then determines whether Pheon will accept the case into the £1,995 Build Phase.
